The client's name has been changed to SA and S throughout the whole article.

When chronic pain and loss take over, hope can feel like a distant memory. For SA, years of back surgeries, a hip replacement, and the weight of grief left her struggling not only with physical limitations but also with depression and anxiety. After trying nearly every option available, and nearly giving up, she discovered peptides. What followed was not just a shift in her health, but a transformation of her entire outlook on life. In this candid interview, S shares her journey, the challenges she faced, and how peptides gave her a second chance of having some normalcy in her life.

Enjoy..

S, thank you for sitting down with me today. Can you start by telling us a little bit about yourself and what life was like before discovering peptides?

Of course. I’m 61 years old, and for years I struggled with severe back issues. After two major back surgeries, four fusions, and even a hip replacement, I felt like I was becoming more metal than human. On top of the physical pain, I was dealing with anxiety and depression; especially after losing both of my parents back-to-back. I tried so many things, even Botox injections in my back, but nothing worked. Honestly, I had given up.

That sounds incredibly difficult. What led you to give peptides a try?

Funny enough, it started with Wess, who had suggested I come in months earlier. At the time, I brushed it off. Then one day on Instagram, I saw a doctor talking about natural remedies, about how he was transforming lives, and I realized he was talking about peptides. I sent the link to Wess and asked if that was what he did. He told me yes, something very similar. That’s when I finally decided, Okay, I’ll give this a try.

So what was that first step into the journey like?

I went in, got the full protocol, did my bloodwork, and received a recommendation tailored to me. I started peptides on March 20th, 2025. Within three weeks, I noticed changes. I had more energy, my pain was easing, and that heavy cloud of darkness around me started to lift. By the second month, I was becoming flexible again. I actually started living again. It was like coming out of the dark and into the light.

That’s such a powerful transformation. Can you share what your routine looked like?

Sure. I followed the plan that Wess and David gave me. I took certain peptides every morning at the same time, Monday through Friday, while others were only three days a week. Some of the peptides I used included BPC-157, GHK-Cu, Thymosin Beta-4, Ipamorelin, NAD, LL-37, ARA 290, Epitalon, and Retatrutide.

And what kind of results did you notice as time went on?

By the end of April, just one month in, I could get out of bed more easily, move with less effort, and my pain became manageable. It wasn’t completely gone, but it no longer controlled my life. Now, I wake up early, I’m more flexible, and the depression and anxiety have lifted. I feel like I have my life back.

Were there challenges along the way?

Oh yes. In the beginning, even basic things were a challenge, getting out of bed, climbing stairs, just doing what most people take for granted. But staying dedicated and trusting the process made all the difference.

What advice would you give someone just starting their peptide journey?

Go to a clinic that really understands peptides. For me, that was Safe Wellness with Wess and David. They guided me every step of the way. And most importantly, stay committed. It’s not an overnight fix, but if you stay consistent, the changes are life-changing.

It sounds like peptides didn’t just improve your health, they gave you a new outlook on life.

Exactly. I’m motivated again. I tell my family, friends, everyone I can, that this has been a game changer for me. It’s not just about less pain, it’s about more life.

S’s story is one of resilience, hope, and transformation. What started as a last attempt after years of pain and loss became a journey into healing. With dedication and the right guidance, peptides helped her step back into the light, and now she shares her journey to inspire others.
